My Factory started a new product which requires a minimum temperature. Tests were made to make sure that it will retain a good temperature during loading process, transportation and also during delivery. In fact when the factory started first patch, they received a big number of returned products. Products were found to be at a higher temperature. After, we knew that trucks’ fridges are just started at the time of the loading which is not enough to reach the required temperature.
