Refrigerated distribution

Problem

The Factory started a new product which requires a minimum temperature. Tests were made to make sure that it will retain a good temperature during loading process, transportation and also during delivery. IN fact when the factory started first patch, they received a big number of returned products. Products were found to be at a higher temperature.

Assessment:

Trucks’ fridges are just started at the time of the loading which is not enough to reach the required temperature.

                Some drivers would put off the fridge compressor for a better vehicle performance

Solution:

Install A Telematics with temperature sensor that warns the quality control in the factory when temperature rises.

A full harness is used to over control the fridges when necessary

Install a surveillance system on the loading decks to make sure there is not ime waste.
